Please have a sliding effect( towel on wooden floor or carpet sliders on carpet), long pole (shower tension rod on amazon £4, works well, just needs the length to be as tall as your height) or resistance band, or scarf as substitute. 45min class
Ballet for skaters - focusing on true straight leg lines and basics of upper body carriage. Tempo play and center combinations. (Will need a chair for Ballet Barre) 50min class
